8 – Christmas Lego Display

Check out a private Lego display in a very quaint setting of Christmas lights. There is a Raffle with over $200 of assorted Lego prizes to be won, with all proceeds going to Rise Above – Capital Region Cancer Relief. You’ll see rare and exclusive creations like Hogwarts Castle, NASA Apollo Lunar Lander, a Disney castle, Sydney Opera House, trains and many more.

7 – UC Capitals vs Bendigo Spirit

Join the reigning WNBL champions, the UC Capitals, as they take on Bendigo Spirit. Our girls hope to get back to their winning streak, after going down to the Southside Flyers last weekend. The Caps would love a strong home crowd to cheer them to victory!

3 – Christmas in Canberra Red Nose Lights

You can experience Canberra’s very own Christmas extravaganza with amazing lighting displays and miniature railway rides and live entertainment, culminating in a spectacular light show. Entry includes unlimited train rides, live entertainment on stage, fantastic light displays and for the kids, use of a giant train themed jumping castle/slide and the opportunity to meet Santa in his all new Grotto. Proudly supporting Red Nose saving little lives.

Celebrate Christmas in the City with the log cabin in Garema Place hosting a range of free family activities! 1 – Sydney Thunder vs Adelaide Strikers

Expect an electric atmosphere with as the Sydney Thunder take on the Adelaide Strikers in this pre-Christmas Big Bash League match! Enjoy the stunning Manuka Oval sunset as the Thunder chase a win in front of their ACT fans. The result is expected to come down to the final overs. Air quality is being monitored closely to determine whether the game goes ahead.
